5 The customer can order from MMM3 as a "guest". The data necessary for the execution and
processing of the order must be provided completely and correctly, which will then be stored by
MMM3. For the secure and confidential handling of this data by MMM3, the data protection

6 By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are competent to enter into
legally binding contracts and are at least 18 years of age.


7 The description of our product range in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer to
enter into a contract; this is merely an offer.


8 The customer can select goods from the range of the MMM3 online shop and collect them in a
shopping basket via the "Shopping basket" button. When the customer sends us an order by
clicking on the "Place order" button, he makes a binding offer to purchase the goods collected in
the shopping basket. Before completing the order, the customer can view and change these,
such as quantity, delivery and billing address, at any time.


9 After receipt of the order and payment, MMM3 sends the customer a confirmation e-mail.
The purchase contract is concluded with this confirmation or, in the absence of confirmation,
with the delivery of the goods to the customer. The contract only relates to those products
whose dispatch we have confirmed in the confirmation e-mail. We are not obliged to supply any
other products which may have been part of your order unless the despatch of those products
has been confirmed in a separate order confirmation. Orders are subject to acceptance by
MMM3. If MMM3 is unable to deliver the ordered goods through no fault of its own because
suppliers have failed to meet their contractual obligations towards MMM3, MMM3 is entitled to
withdraw from the contract with the customer. In this case MMM3 will refund to the customer
reimburse the customer immediately for any payments already made. Further claims of the
customer are excluded.


10 Every customer can also place orders from abroad, but delivery will only be made to the
countries listed under delivery abroad.

Right of withdrawal and consequences of withdrawal

Delivery and availability of goods

15 The delivery time for shipping within Switzerland is normally 3 working days.


16 The delivery time for shipping abroad can be found under delivery conditions. Since we ship
our goods via a service provider, there may be delays depending on the processing time.
In addition, we are entitled to extend delivery times in cases of force majeure and/or if we are
not at fault. The customer will be informed immediately.


Price and terms of payment


17 The price of a product corresponds to the respective information on this website, except in
cases of obvious errors. The prices quoted include Swiss VAT at the current percentage rate, but
not any shipping costs; these are shown separately next to the offer. Before the order is placed,
the individual prices, including any shipping costs incurred, are again shown separately and as a
total price.


18 For goods offered on the MMM3 website and shipped to destinations within the European
Union (EU), value added tax (VAT) is payable by the recipient of the goods in accordance with
the laws and rates applicable within the EU and varying tax rates within the member states is
payable by the recipient of the goods. The levying of VAT by the country of destination is
beyond the control of MMM3.


19 We will not be obliged to supply a Product to you at an incorrect (lower) price if the pricing
error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as an
incorrect price, even if we have already sent you an order confirmation stating the incorrect
price.


20 The price of the respective product in Swiss francs is decisive.


21 Payment shall be made at the customer's discretion via PayPal or by advance bank transfer.
The purchase price is due net and without deduction at the time of conclusion of the contract.
Shipping and costs


22 We only ship within Switzerland and to the countries specified by us under foreign deliveries
on the website.


23 If several goods are purchased per order, they will be sent in a collective package when
shipped abroad.


24 By placing the order, the customer undertakes to comply fully with all legal provisions
applicable to the product in the country of destination.
MMM3 is not responsible for the customer's compliance with the legal regulations in the
country of destination of the goods.


25 We stand for the highest quality of our products. Nevertheless, we ask the customer to
immediately compare the delivered goods with his order and to check them.
The customer must immediately report any obvious defects such as damage, breakage or
missing quantities in text form (e-mail) and return the defective product to us.

defective, the customer may demand replacement from MIMM3. If the subsequent fulfilment
fails, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract or to reduce the purchase price.
In the event of withdrawal, MMM3 shall reimburse the purchase price to the customer
immediately. If the customer decides to reduce the purchase price, MMM3 will immediately
refund the amount of the reduction.


Transfer of ownership and risk


26 Title to the Product shall pass upon payment in full of the purchase price (including delivery
charges) or upon delivery of the Product to Customers, whichever is later. We may reclaim
delivered products at any time prior to the transfer of ownership if the customer has breached
the terms and conditions of sale and delivery.


27 The risk for the product shall pass to the customer upon delivery. Risk within the meaning of
this provision means responsibility for damage caused to the product or by its storage.


Use of stored data/data protection


28 Information on the type, scope and purpose of the collection and storage of the personal
data required for the conclusion of the purchase contract by MMM3 can be found in the

Limitation of liability


29 MMM3 shall only be liable for claims for damages arising from warranty and other legal
grounds - in particular claims arising from tort, organizational fault, fault on conclusion of
contract or any other fault-related claims arising from breaches of duty - insofar as MMM3 or its
vicarious agents are guilty of intent or gross negligence.


30 Liability for a slightly negligent breach of duty is excluded, unless material contractual
obligations are breached, the breach of which jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of
the contract, or obligations are breached the fulfilment of which is a prerequisite for the proper
performance of the contract and on the observance of which the customer regularly relies.
In these cases, however, MMM3's liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical, direct
average damage according to the type of goods. This also applies to the actions of our legal
representatives or vicarious agents.


31 The above limitations of liability do not apply to claims of the customer from product liability
and claims of the customer in the event of injury to life, limb and health, in the event of a
guaranteed assumption by MMM3, or in the event of fraudulently concealed defects.

34 These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Liechtenstein law. The application of
the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
